I thought that was the given, considering "Napoleon Dynamite" was an MTV movie -- AND his was the best comedic performance of the year by a country mile. (He also wasn't nominated for Best Actor.) I'm also not sure about Antonio Banderas for Best Comedic Performance -- sure, Puss-N-Boots was funny as hell, but most of the credit goes to the animators and writers ("Dat no mine"), not Banderas. Certainly Heder deserved a nomination more than him. Also peculiarly absent from the main nominations: "Coach Carter." ALSO an MTV movie (and you know how they are about their own movies). Heder did get a nomination for Breakthrough role and Ashanti for "Coach Carter" as Female Breakthrough, but really, that's kinda weak.
