Your statements present an interesting point of view however its salient points seem to me to deal mainly with semantics. I would simply define a scientific truth as follows: When presented with the data, a reasonable person having a relevant background would deem the fact in question to be a truth.
I wish I had the patience and intellect to read the two books recommended by Ickyru, but just getting through the titles alone gave me a small headache.
