Which I call the "intelligence divining intelligent observer theory" which postulates that any intelligent observer looking at any set of data closely enough will eventually find in it a non-random and purposeful pattern suggesting an intelligence behind the creation of the data, but which is actually attributable to the intelligent observer's purposeful gathering, ordering, evaluation, and interpretation of said data.
