Well said, Mr. Miller. I couldn't have put it better myself. If someone's a murderer, be they sane or retarded, they probably should get the death penalty or at the very least life in prison. It all depends on the severity of the case.
Why do the mentally challenged get the oppourtunity to try and fuction in society after thay kill? Aren't they less likely to realize what they did was wrong, and therefore more likely to be a repeat offender?
