I remember the year Leonardo was nominated for Gilbert Grape. He looked quite sullen and unaffected, never even cracked a smile as I recall. I wonder if he was really very nervous and just trying to keep his cool.
Anna Pacquin on the other hand was excited beyond belief, but I remember when she won Winona Ryder looked as happy as she did! Maybe it was partly acting but I think Winona was greatly relieved that SHE didn't have to give a speech. I think she really is one of the shy ones.
