"Intelligence Quotient" is an attempt to measure a human's sapient ability to learn. It's an abstract quantity, i.e., it has no physical substance.
So either you're mistaken about the Stanford-Binet Scale and what it means or you have some sort of weird, Dali-esque, virtual-reality sexual fantasy that we may all just want to back away from, slowly.
Although I'll admit that you may get props for imagination on that front.
