07/23/02: Well...

If I'm watching a film where the characters are supposed to be Russian, I would prefer a thick Russian-over-English accent than, say, what Harrison attempted. Otherwise, plain English will have to do.

Remmeber that abysmal shit called "Bedazzled" with Liz Hurley and Brendan Fraser? Well, our C-Actor buddy Fraser spoke a LOT of his script in Spanish and then in Russian. If Fraser can speak or read cue-cards in proper Spanish and Russian, then Harrison Ford, in his 25 million a film glory, can muster a proper Russian accent.

Costner's Robin Hood was, indeed, the worst. Costner can do a southern accent, and that's about it. That is verbal retardation, and for that, he's a multi-multi millionaire.
