I've seen very few comments about the microphones, which makes me wonder if they're in every version of the movie. They were so obvious when I saw it that the entire theatre audience was laughing and catcalling every time one would appear. I estimated easily 50-100 times, and not just glimpses either, but bobbing up and down over the characters heads, with bright blue and orange covers, for 20-30 seconds of dialogue at a time.
I even called Miramax in New York, but they said they had no customer service contact, and refused to let me talk to anyone at all, which seems like a very rude way to treat customers after taking their money for such an amateurish film.
