Bad judgement. I could handle a slam on the basis of bad taste, because everybody's taste is pretty much relative anyhow. A charge of bad judgement implies something fundamentally wrong with the old value system.
On the other hand, everyone is entitled to make a mistake from time to time and sometimes it involves a failure to consult their internal moral barometers.
