I've been dying to see all the chapters I've written so far put together! It looks great!
Oh, corrections on the bio: I was born in the US, in Princeton, NJ. My father is from Dallas, and you can trace several generations of my family in the US, including on both sides of the Civil War. I've been speaking English all my life, slightly before Spanish. In fact, I got into college in the 98 percentile in the verbal section, and into a master's program in the 80 percentile in verbal. I speak both English and Spanish perfectly. I stayed in Peru during the entire era of Shining Path, and had the balls to live through the bombs, bullets, kidnappings, the paranoid army, curfews, massacres, blackouts, and all the other fun stuff. But, since 1993 or 1994, Shining Path has been reduced to 5 guys hiding in the jungle. Fujimori's government did not become oppressive until 1998, and it is a minor dictatorship, affecting some media outlets rather than anything else. There is no secret police, only a small secret service that blackmails some key people or spreads rumors. I left in 1996. So I ran from neither of these. In fact, I still go back every few months. Please correct the info the next few times you do me this favor of posting all of my fanfic.
Then again, I shouldn't expect someone who doesn't have a life to know anything about writing bios.
