Aside from the fact that Giors made a few typos, I couldn't agree with him more. Those who find Kicking and Screaming dull, trite, or just flat out bad, either don't appreciate the little things in life (which is basically what this movie is made up of) or would much rather spend their money on the likes of "10 things I hate about you," "Boys and Girls," or some big budget Hollywood flop, just because the lead actor/actress is "hot." Hell, I bet a few of you who put down this movie camped out for "Coyote Ugly" tickets. Ha! Kicking and Screaming is a dialogue based movie, flat out. It's real, it's funny...it's real funny. Writing IS an art and is also very tough. Although Mr. Jealousy didn't match up quite as well, I will still forever see any movie Noah Baumbach pumps out. He knows life.
