Last Friday, the tenants/neighbors had a domestic disturbance that brought the cops in (see previous posting below), now yesterday, in the apts that I manage cross- town, 3 guys broke into the apartment, beat up the tenant (who'd moved in just 2 weeks ago) and robbed him.
I haven't had to deal with anything like this in 12 years of property management. Now twice in a week?
WTF is wrong in my horoscope? What diety did I piss off?
