...are the trees. There are far more evergreens than decidious trees out here so leaves aren't really a problem. Plus, we were looking at lots that had good looking, treed, natural landscapes surrounded by other lots of the same, making for less maintenance despite the large lot.
Privacy may be okay in the new sub. Hopefully. We back up to a parkway so we'll only have neighbors on either side...
