In that version Ronald Reagan, in his last movie, plays the man who hires the killers--just like in real life. (Does he get away with it in the movie, too?)
Actually, that version was intended for TV but the network decided it was too violent for them, so it was released theatrically. The first TV movie that actually got broadcast was SEE HOW THEY RUN.
