Are they supposed to be the girls whose father killed them? Because those girls were killed in the 1960s (the twins are dressed like girls from the 20s or 30s), and their ages were a couple of years apart.
Also, how did Jack Nicholson get out of the locked pantry? Did the ghosts unlock it?
