Some of the others didn't do well and weren't great but they weren't atrocious either. I actually liked "Gung Ho".
"Apollo 13" & "Beautiful Mind" showed that he's got it in him, I think he just needs to make better choices.
Spielberg said once that sometimes he makes "films" and sometimes he makes "movies". Richie has just made a lot more "movies" than he has films.
