That is, put up English subtitles throughout a supposed English-language movie (actually, very thickly accented Scottish dialect). You could sort of understand it without the subtitles, but not very well. And of course "Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels" threw up English subtitles for English for comedic effect in one great Cockney English scene.

Which makes me wonder once again why we have so many Australian Crankyland regulars, while Nathan_Jr is the only British Crankylander I can ever remember us having. Heck, we've got more South American Crankylanders than British, and South Americans don't even speak English as a primary language!

Anyway, I remember scenes in "Chopper" a lot better than I remember the overall plot. I think the performances (particularly Bana) were better than the movie as a whole.
