The other 2 movies you cite were legitimate bombs that really had no chance to do well. Meanwhile, even with horrible reviews, "King Arthur" should break even based on there being a large int'l audience for it. If Fuqua made a good film, it could have done much better. In the end, Disney should have done something else, but it wasn't that bad of a decision by them.
