I remembered that there had been a note... but neglected to recall that it had been written by you or someone else. Perhaps I'm remembering that you were going to put something on his windshield but that someone else had already done it. Regardless, I DEFINITELY recall that no one of "authority" wanted to do anything about it, including the apartment building management who wouldn't even give the guy a friendly rebuke.
