although I'm sure I've called Bush a chimp, I don't do so repeatedly. Probably 95% of the time or more, I call him Bush or the President. You almost never call Obama by his actual name (or any other democrat, for that matter).
You also seem to be laboring under the continued delusion that I'm a left wing democrat. Sorry, I'm very centrist and don't belong to any party. In fact, I was one of those voices saying there was no difference between Bush and Gore in 2000 (although in retrospect, that was a poorly thought out position).
Finally, no republican has ever addressed the very cogent point that I've made repeatedly, which is that "tax and spend" is far more responsible than "borrow and spend" or "spend and spend", which is all the republican party seems to know how to do. You can't seriously think that "tax and spend" is a flawed policy compared to what we've had for the last 8 years! Have you seen the deficit lately??
