Woman in a hospital bed...hair combed and in full make-up. Car chase that goes down a stair. Beach lifeguards (a la Baywatch) who's hair dries silky soft and shiney after a salt-water soak. Perfect makeup that remains in spite of the aforementioned soaking. Frontal nudity in a period piece showing a bikini wax (Lady Chatterly's Lover comes to mind, but there have been several). S:)
