Here are my own theorie's about this!!!
1) Billy Zane has a small part in the movie Titanic, that is also a Paramount produced movie. Billy Zane also starred in The Phantom last year, that was also a Paramount produced movie. Since "Kiss the Girls" was also produced by Paramount, wouldn't he agree to do the voice for Casanova too as kind of a 3 picture deal? That's my own theory!
