05/01/05: I'm with Coaster. This is the best film I've seen all year (Spoilers)

The movie kicked ass. I knew so little about it that I wasn't sure Stephen Chow's character was gonna be the hero. Sure it seems obvious...in an American film. But who expected the Landlord and landlady to kick ass? I was suprised by a lot of it, unlike say CONSTANTINE or the awful BE COOL. And of course it was "wire" and "CGI" fights, it was a livea ction cartoon, and a damn great one. Better than some actual cartoons, like the overrated SHREK.

9 out of 5 Stars.

That mute girl was a cutie. Heck, Buck-Toothed Betty's looking pretty good... (I can't remember what her movie name was, damn IMDB doesn't give full cast list)

Incidently, this is the ONLY film I've been to in the past 5 years where someone in the theater clapped at the end. I almost joined them.
