LAC was so predictable and so lacking of any real depth. The characters were horrible regurgitations of other cops from other movies. The acting was desperately bad. Kim Basinger won an Oscar for that dross? That crap? Ugh! What was the point of her character? She looks pretty for the screen, so she gets an award? So predictable... so predictable... so predictable... The characters and the story were both so superficial. The story was so simple and unoriginal... So, there!
