It's just my opinion, of course, but I bet that a one or two well-timed slashes with a boxcutter to the guy's stomach and chest would de-sexify you to him pretty quickly. Guys usually don't like girls that are vicious attackers with impromptu weapons. It sounds like you would also do well to land an 1-wood on the back of your other roommate's neck.
If this sounds unreasonable, you really could call the police. They won't do anything, but since your friend seems to be a common slimeball the sight of them may fend him off long enough that you can move into your own place. That's prolly what you should do anyway. In any case, you ought to lay off of feeling that you shouldn't do anything in retaliation to them when you feel that they don't care about the things that they do to you. That's inconsistent.
