.....that you can do is either get out or confront your friend and get him out. He has serious problems and I would consider calling the police because, think about it, what if he ends up raping you or somebody else. Believe me, you will be doing your friend a favour. She is just in denial right now and will probably thank you for it in the end. In the mean time, sleep on a friends floor if you have to but DO NOT SPEND ANOTHER NIGHT IN THAT HOUSE!!!
