The guy sounds like a psycho stalker - you shouldn't have to put up with him. As for his wife, she lets him get away with that crap - in some ways, she's just as bad. Maybe your b/f can help you out here; you've said more then once what a great guy he is, he should be able to either help you get out of there or confront the guy.
Another piece of advice: please format the long things into paragraphs, it's a lot easier to read. Also, is that your real email address? I'd like to try either emailing or chatting with you sometime if that's OK...
