...the Baldwin brothers. They pretty much suck, although Alec has made some good films and turned in a few genuinely great performances (and several bad ones as well).
As for actual filmmakers, the Coens are definitely #1. Fargo, O Brother Where Art Thou, and Blood Simple. Need I say more?
If you were to include producers, then--for better or for worse--the Weinsteins are definitely #1, if only for giving us Pulp Fiction, The Crying Game, and Shakespeare in Love.
