It was built from 1872 - 1880 and is 9 miles long...

That's from a web site called "A Short History of Tunnels"... am I bored??? am I bored??? NO!!! 'cause I have the internet to waste my time with... actually, that page about tunnels was from some college engineering course and was quite informative...
