I am glad to see that at least one actor (Chloe Sevigny) survived that sad-sack film "Kids" by Larry Clark, to go on to some form of an acting career. She was also good in "Trees Lounge" which was all in all a tediously boring movie. I don't know why everyone has heard of talent barren actors bitches like Neve Campbell and Sarah Michelle Gellar but no one seems to know who Chloe Sevigny is....................................................................I'm sorry, I meant to write about something else, but I just have to let the American public know how I feel on something. Neve Campbell is the sorriest excuse for an actor that I have ever seen with the exception of any supermodel-turned-actress.
She was bad in "Party of Five," she was bad in "Scream," and she was quite poor in "Wild Things." But hey, as long as she can win "Best Female Performance" from M.T.V. (the only acting trophy she'll have on her mantle), won't she just keep getting parts.
The simple fact is "Scream," "Scream 2," and "Wild Things," have all done well at the box office in large part to Neve Campbell's name recognition. Imagine how well her movies would do if:
A. She didn't always play the EXACT same character. B. She had ANY charisma, what so ever. C. She could actually act. D. If she ever got more nude that showing us her back (oohh, pass me the hot oil, NNNOOOWWW!!!).
Check back in five years. When most of Neve Campbell's fans have outgrown the "90210 Anal Fixation Stage" that they're in, she might actually have to break down and act to keep any popularity.
