Obsolete term to the medical types, I guess. I'm so unfashionably descriptive.
And no, I don't think I would sue, because I'm not too fucking dumb to keep chemicals out of my eyes. If by some chance I accidentally stuck a mascara wand in there, it would be my own stupid fault. I'll leave the lawsuits to Stella and trailer trash.
People, specifically, people in here have told me over and over that I'm a moron for caring more about rabbits' eyes than people's jobs. Than capitalism. No doubt the U.S. economy would instantly shoot right down the crapper were animal testing to halt, since it is rabbit units, not gold, we're all trading on. Yet I still wish it didn't happen.
It's ok that you and or your pals carve em up. I don't expect you to feel bad, I don't expect men of science to feel anything. But I don't have to tune out the pain and misery of gentle, fuzzy little things for corporations' fear of litigation, or hope of medical discovery.
Must be the moron in me.
