HB here: Someone told me this "factoid" and I'm sitting here thinking of Presidents that didn't fit this bill.

FDR: 1940...but he wasn't NEWLY elected. Can't remember who was in 1920..Coolidge? He may be the one I'm thinking of that didn't succumb to this curse.

Is this correct?
