"A group of parents opposed to splitting the campuses of two Tampa Palms elementary schools is embroiled in another controversy. The latest squabble among parents isn't about dividing students or communities; it's about the group's acronym.
The group Parents Insisting Student Safety and Educators Decide has changed its name due to criticism of the name's initials. ... So organizers ... have changed the name to Parents Asking for Student Safety and Educators to Decide."
Well, duh. I liked the first acronym better.
