"No Surrender, No Retreat" was Rocky 3 with martial arts instead of boxing, written by people who knew jack shit about Martial arts, but a lot about proliteriate propaganda. Van Dummie, as always, provided a sucky performance.
Steven Segal was killed in the first 15 min of Executive Action. THe same year Bruce Campbell was killed in the first 15 minutes of Congo. The difference was that Segal's character was an asshole, so Segal didn't have to do any acting. Having met him at the dojo, I cannot say I was impressed with his personality.
