You should never spank the master of cheeze for being the master of cheeze. Jackie Chan knows his movies are silly and obnoxious on the other side of the seas. He knows the scripted (but well done you have to admit) fights look hokey......he knows the bad pun translation is bad.....he does it because for all and all that it is far more entertaining and I dare say it is BETTER than what hollywood can vomit at you (and you know this is true).
Jackie Chan knows he is cheeze and he loves it. At least he is honest about it. Why change what works????
