Like many other people,I thought LIFE was an all-out comedy, but I've just seen it and consider it a seriocomedy. It reminded me a lot of STIR CRAZY,which I consider to be serious in some places(like when one of the bank robbers disguised as Gene Wilder and Richard Pryor's characters punches a woman and then holds up the bank.),it was hilarious in some places, like when we saw that Eddie Murphy and Martin Lawrence had finally escaped at the end. I was truly misled by the advertising in thinking this was an out-and-out comedy, but I enjoyed the film.
