of course our spies would have suspected nothing.... espcially since such a delicate decision would require no one to talk about it... so its incomprhensible logically that our president would know nothing..... by the way history is always biased..... so don't put to much faith in references. Some references considered valid and intelligent 100 years ago are fairly laughable today.
