Roberto Begnini is a great actor. I loved the way he played Guido in the movie and I can't imagine anyone every being able to play the part as well as he did. His character suited his personality so beautifully it was no wonder he won Best Actor at the Academy Awards. I hated how they dubbed the voices in the movie though. I would have preferred to see it in subtitles. (Italian is such a beautiful language) Wasn't Joshua cast perfectly? He actually looked like a mixture between Guido and Dora. (Dora is Roberto's wife for real as well) Every aspect of this movie was perfect. It's the best movie I have seen throughout the entire 12 years I have been alive for.
