I'm tired of trying to convince unwilling persons that this film deserved much more of their appreciation than it got.......I'm not tired of correcting spelling mistakes!...The word is not "lacrimous," it's "lachrymose." Which, obviously, is an entirely inappropriate description of this film (yes, I cried, but by no means was I "weepy"), but as I said before, I won't go into that.
