I haven't seen "Godfather II" in quite a few years, so I probably don't know what I'm talking about, but are you trying to tell me that Pacino and DeNiro weren't on the screen at the same time not even once?
By the way, I was wondering when you would stumble upon this review!
I only vaguely remember "Heat" for some reason (probably because it was 3 hours long and I had to watch it in bits and pieces between starting projectors to other movies), but it's one of my brother's favorite movies and he seems to agree with Cosgrove and Bickle and Pacino's acting in that movie.
I had a chance to snag a pass to the critics' screening of "The Messenger" but waited too late, and now I seriously regret that. Looks like I'll have to see it with everybody else! What's up with "The Straight Story" and "The Limey"? Seems like they've been out forever and neither has made it anywhere near my market.
