I'm convinced that the CIA's three-decade old experimentation with mind-manipulation has come to a head. It started with Sirhan Sirhan and John Hinkley. Now, we've got Harris and Klebold, Day Trader-violator, Xerox killer, Seattle Shipyard gunman....
Or maybe it's just the sign that Jack Van Impe is on the right track.
