I liked the acting because it was not over the top. As for the incest that bothered you, my friend remarked, "They discover that they have the same father" In other words, a mere coincidence. Besides, they are adults and Elizabeth Pena's character is sterile (that one seemed thrown it to legitimize their continuing a full relationship). Anyhow, what do expect in a small town?
