Tsk, tsk. such passion about David Lynch. He's just another guy trying to make a buck and be a little different. However I think I agree with you. Sayles, Coens, Kubrick - they all see the big picture and we usually come away from their films better than when we went in. Lynch is a posier isn't he? Now I'm getting mad! Doesn't anyone like "Bobby Deerfield?"
