"Lone Star" stands for the star-shaped sheriff's badge that was found among Charlie Wade's remains.
This was an excellent movie. The story, acting, editina, and cinematography were superb.
Despite some reservations I have about the ending, I consider it one of the ten best movies I've ever seen.
