..if it's precognitive (most likely) or if it's a case of, in the explosion, him somehow visiting the future in some manner.
When he first displayed the foresight (mentioning Locke's speech before it happened), i got the sense that he had already experienced it, thus making me think that he somehow visited the future and then came back.
However, the whole Claire-lightning thing definitely does point more towards him having precognitive abilities.
At any rate, i don't know that i can really judge it as a cheap ploy yet until it's actually explored more and but to substantial use, ya know?
