I think what Jack said was go upstairs and get my dad, and then see who is more drunk. This was said to the chief of surgery when he was trying to have a talk with Jack about his problems.
It made sense when you thought it was a flash back, but when you realized it was the future, you have to wonder was it the drugs talking or something more.
Who's in the coffin? Someone Jack was close to...Hurly?, Sawyer? Locke? Sawyer and Locke would the most likely not to have any friends or family come to see them off.
Puberty has not been kind to Walt, he has grown up but his voice has not changed yet.
