Once Simon and Mr W have been planted into the ground, the world experiences an air of tranquil awe. Intelligence blossoms. Education thrives.
But there's always a downside, isn't there?
People forget the meaning of stupidity, and it is viewed as a thing of the past. New teaching methods have completely eliminated it. However, cults worshiping the ancient god "STOOPEEDEETY" spring up. In a bold move to enslave the world, using nasty ancient magic, resurrect the horrible duo.
These two zombies are powered by one urge, and that is to find chicks. They mercilessly stalk every girl they meet and, when they are refused, attempt to kill them. Luckily, they can't figure out how to weild anything worse than a butterknife, and fail miserably. The girls are still emotionally scarred ("He...he was something more than normal...he was stupid and ugly and...oh my god, I can't bear it!").
The team mentioned before is forced to come up with a solution. Desperately, they create a duo to stop them, the hapless pair of Harv the Disgruntled Gopher and Charlie the Chupacabra. They make the perfect wisecracking duo (Charlie wishes Harv would stop digging tunnels, and Harv is more than upset with Charlie's goat brain eating habits.) After a number of humorous adventures they find the duo attempting intercourse with each other for lack of anything better and attack. Mr Wonderful assumes Harv is a woman and lunges at him drooling, and, is beat into a bloody pulp by the gopher. Charlie simply eats Simon's brain, or, well, whatever he could find in that brain cavity.
The final shot is of the team cheering, while, under the ground, Simon's hand rises up, wiggles around, then goes back to his corpses pants...
