The main reason I love this film is the all-too-brief scene which I never tire of watching, then re-winding to watch again - I refer to the send-up of Riverdance and that truly disgusting fellow who "replaces" Michael Flattley in order to bump off one of the clan's many foes..this scene works on several levels - he displays all of Flattley's arrogance and ego, and none of his grace or physical beauty. Whilst being repulsed by his flabby, hairy torso, I am simultaneously filled with admiration that any actor can feel comfortable enough with himself to agree to do a scene like this. Nothing - not a million dollars an hour, or more, would ever induce me to show off my little pot belly to an audience of whatever number. I just wish I knew the actor's name, but the credits on my video and very badly designed. Besides that, it was high-time someone parodied Riverdance and its inhumanly precise dancers!
