according to Video Business Mag, George Lucas is too busy in preproduction for Episode II to deal with all the goodies he wants to add to the DVD version at this time...
the VHS version will be released in the US and Canada on April 4...
the pan and scan will be $24.98 SRP, and the wide screen "collectors version" will be $39.98... the wide screen version has some extra goodies, like a 48 page booklet and a behind the sceens documentary...
interesting... it's gonna be released world wide, in part to curb piracy, and in part as a marketing hype tool...
