It would be a lot more entertaining if he did. Remember when Carrey was funny? Before he became a Tom Hanks wannabe who wants to be taken seriously SOOO badly.

Somehow the character the new Jim Carrey has become is the type of character the old Jim Carrey would have savagely lampooned.
